BrightSeason Lighting Co. provides professional permanent LED lighting installation for residential and commercial properties across San Luis Obispo County and the California Central Coast. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website are owned by BrightSeason Lighting Co.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrightSeason Lighting Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BrightSeason Lighting Co., its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of our website or services, or your breach of these Terms.
